Shoulders are better, but

still not tracking right.

5 x 60kg deadlift
5 x 12kg dumbbell press. Switched to 5kg after a bit

I can't keep my elbows forward and shoulders back as I press for long. There's a noticeable "hitch" as my left elbow moves out at one point.

The 5kgs from the start and 10-15 reps would have been better.

10 OHS leaning back against a ring slung from the rafter at the bottom
5 girly push-ups.
The rafter is too high, it wound up pulling me forward at the bottom . I need something slung about head or shoulder height.

Weak as bro

10 x 20kg front squats
10 x unweighted good mornings.
Butt against the house, forehead stretching to touch a pole sitting across the pull-up bar uprights. Stretching long Dan John style.
