Shoulders are better, but

still not tracking right.

AMRAP12
5 x 60kg deadlift
5 x 12kg dumbbell press. Switched to 5kg after a bit

I can't keep my elbows forward and shoulders back as I press for long. There's a noticeable "hitch" as my left elbow moves out at one point.

The 5kgs from the start and 10-15 reps would have been better.
