OHS were hard! Shoulders not up to it.
A heavy OHS day is in my near future to wake them up.
I should have warmed up more, my shoulders were a bit strained after that.

Nice. :) Looks terrible.
It was, but it shouldn't have been. Too unfit.
And I had it reversed, the pull-ups were first for no particular reason. I've corrected that now.
I'm looking forward to another crack at it when simply holding the bar overhead isn't the biggest challenge.
