Baby Brendan

If my shoulders aren't messed up tomorrow  I'll be happy. Next time I want the rings up at least a foot higher so that I can focus on the position, elbow pits forwards, externally rotated shoulders, butt tight and not just struggle my way up and hope I'm holding the position.

Deadlifts were on the money for load. Not sure my form was so good, my back was definitely soft in the latter rounds.

Back Squats and a half Brendan.

The weight doesn't feel heavy walking it out and it doesn't really feel heavy when I'm squatting. It does feel darned awkward and when I go to drive up there just isn't anything there.

Grip loosened embarrassingly on the deadlifts.
Presses were typically yech.

I'm doing that again very soon. I can do better if I get my shoulders lined up properly under the weights.

Distracted abbreviated "Brendan"

15 push-ups on a mattress so her new white tights didn't get dirty

Spent all of her workout make sure she remembered all the deadlift cues we went through, so she "won".

Next time I'll remember to break deadlifts down into smaller chunks and allow time to keep an eye on her.
