- Pull-ups
- Still not happy with that shoulder position.
- The later rounds were a little better.
- Push-ups
- Just hard and not as tight as they should be.
- Squats
- There are some that are very acceptable.
Overall
- Despite grizzles, there is progress. On the squats at least.
