- I wasn't sure about the 5x5 so I tried to be a little conservative.
30kg was just OK, almost too much. - Lost the shoulder first elbow second thing many times unfortunately.
At the moment, my thinking is that this will primarily be a diary of my Crossfit workouts, but I suspect other comments and thoughts will creep in from time to time.
