Skill/strength Pull-ups

Pull-ups were hard. Should I have used a band?
Should have asked first. Duh!
Some rather scrappy reps in there.

KTE were easy.
Of course, being me, by the end I was thinking about shoulder position and getting my rib cage down and keeping some weight on the little finger side of my hand.
I need to find the off switch for my head.
