Slow Cooker Ribs

A bunch of pork spare ribs
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce
HP sauce - some
Worcester sauce - less than HP
Hot sauce - a good few splashes

  1. Pour the sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High for a while, about 3-4 hours.
  3. Let cool a bit, about an hour.
  4. Finish in the oven.
    Don't baste with the sauce, the flavour was just right as it was.
