Brendan variant

10 x 60kg deadlift
15 x abmat sit-ups

Sometime north of 20 minutes. I used my stopwatch to count the rounds or I would have completely lost track.

Very much considered making it 5 rounds going into round 3, but the sit-ups didn't get much harder so I kept going. Glad I did it.
