Back Squats and a half Brendan.

12 x 60kg

The weight doesn't feel heavy walking it out and it doesn't really feel heavy when I'm squatting. It does feel darned awkward and when I go to drive up there just isn't anything there.

10 x 12kg dumbbell press

Grip loosened embarrassingly on the deadlifts.
Presses were typically yech.

I'm doing that again very soon. I can do better if I get my shoulders lined up properly under the weights.
