Lynette pointed out that when I was home between trips I always hit the deadlifts so I wasn't too out of touch with them and I did HSPU in the hotel rooms each morning amongst other things(my air squat form is looking pretty good I think) so it makes sense I guess.

I nearly went through Canberra for work recently, although it would have been a flying visit at best.
hey, well at least next time you know there is some were to train. Its only a shed but its better than air squats in hotel rooms.
