Burned my throat sucking in cold air and I took a lot of frustration with my day out on those thrusters. 65# next time, but it felt good to really throw that bar up.

It just wasn't there for that last set. My ears were roaring a bit on the 90kg set so I was pretty close to my absolute max.
Good feeling to be getting back to something decent.
