As anyone wandering past will know, I get an enormous amount of help and encouragement from the people on the Brand X forum, and Laura Rucker in particular.
Laura and the rest of the team at Brand X are joining many other Crossfit affiliates in a fund raiser for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
If you feel like supporting this extremely worthy cause, if you aren't associated with a Crossfit affiliate already participating in this event, could I suggest that you stop by Laura's donation page and make a donation?
