- Quite happy with those.
I wish I could be more consistent, and stop wriggling my feet so much but that's just me I guess. - I was able to stand up straighter and didn't feel it in my shoulders this time. Pretty horrendous curvature in my spine. Again, normal, but yuck to see.
- OK to use a lower box next time?
18" perhaps?
