- Squats
- Like last time, my shoulders were giving out more than anything, especially after the 21 push-ups.
- By resting my arms on my lats and keeping my lats engaged, that got better.
- Push-ups
- Yuck.
- Left shoulder was everywhere.
- Nasty little workout, no better the second time around.
