- Trying training in the morning, so an amazing display of morning hair.
- Pressed the wrong button and stopped the camera for the work set.
So I did it again. - Forgot to do the high rep set
- That left arm is really not locking out. I thought my right shoulder was tight, if that's what I usually do it's tight because it's closer to vertical.
Well that's interesting.
