Giving up on a big squat

10 x 20kg box squat - 12"box + 20kg bumper
10 x 16" box jumps
5 x 10kg Plank T-Rows

Then
3RNFT
5 banded good mornings, red band
20kg bar overhead carry, press grip. Driveway and back.
