Woke up in the night and rolled over and the room started spinning. When I went to the toilet a bit later it felt like the floor was tilted to the left.
Lynette drove me to work and I'm OK to walk now but waves of dizziness come over me. Ears don't feel sore. Slight sniffle and feel a little sinusy but nothing like a cold. Slight nausea, more like something I ate than motion sickness I'd have thought an inner ear problem would cause.
It's like being drunk or more like being really really tired after a couple of all nighters. My head feels light and wobbly.
Wondering if I did something in my neck craning my head to much in the deadlifts?
Weird and rather worrying.
