After a cold/flu and then upset stomach I still may have overdone it even with this.
5 RNFT
10 x 20 kg back squats
10 pull-ups standing on a 12" box. Trying shorter ROM as a scaling experiment. Shows promise.
Time; I started on a Tuesday.
Had to drop to 5 pull-ups after the second round took an age.
My quads were cramping after the second round too, getting off the 12" box was an exercise in concentration so my legs didn't collapse, as were the first 2 or 3 squats.
Went for a 3 or so km walk to stretch my legs a bit and rollered a little. Probably do a bit more after I post this.
I'm going to be rather sore tomorrow methinks.
