Isometric bottom of push-up holds on paralletes. Still tight even after all the stretching.
Deadlift set-ups. More like hunchback of notre dame back than angry gorilla back
Swiss ball push-ups. Possibly even worse than I expected.
Jeff is going to be soooo disappointed with me.
