Muscle-ups

"Muscle-ups" , except not

Puppies scaling
For time
40 jumping pull-ups
40 ring bench dips, beginners ring dips?
Same position as bench dips roughly, but rings.
Legs straight, rings low to floor, dip down, push back up, rinse and repeat until reps are done and you're bright red and all sweaty.

Who cares what they're called because I forgot to start the clock and I am NOT doing them again.
