  1. Deadlift
    • Not as solid as I'd like, but OK.
  2. Air squat
    • Pretty good.
      I have the settling thing mostly licked for now.
  3. Hops
    • Knees and ankles weren't bothered by them
Overall
  • Happy with that.
  • Onward and upward.
    Hopefully.
