Cossacks

12 cossack squats
12 x 20kg plate GTOH - not  a great choice , my shoulders are a bit tired.

12kg dumbbell waiter's walk, driveway and back each arm.
Realised that some of my 5kg dbbell plates have cutouts in that I can use to approximate a kettlebell. Don't know that it made it easier but.
