A serving of light weights

AMRAP 10 - should have been 15
10 x 20kg back squats - oooh, heavy! Not.
12kg waiter's walk down the driveway and back each arm

Only got a bout 3 rounds in, which is why it should have been 15 minutes.

Waiter's walks got hard to keep my shoulder into my ear. Probably should have used a lighter weight, but not disastrously sore today, so maybe OK.
