Squats were pretty darned teensy too.

20 x 2?kg db press
And that was honestly all I could press and stil have my right shoulder stay lined up in the non-hurty plane.
One hopes that will improve with time.
One also hopes one won't be a dipshit and try and rush to bigger weights too quickly, but history would indicate that one will fail miserably at that.
