Butt torture

Lunges to the gate and back with 5kg plate overhead
20 x 12kg american T-handle swings

Lunges were supposed to be to the road and back. Scaled on the fly.
Originally planned 3 rounds and pulled the plug when my glutes started cramping on the return trip of round 2.

Decided I wanted to be able to walk today.

5Kg was enough overhead. Very much like the concept as practise keeping my shoulders locked tight, but they're very weak right now.
