4RNFT (not sure I'm going to bother timing or counting rounds for most workouts any more)
12 x 60kg deadlifts
20 footbag kicks
Deadlifts got hard fast. Not heavy, hard to hold my back in extension.
Footbag kicks, part of a new idea to have some fun in workouts while working accuracy,agility, coordination, balance etc, were too easy. Should have targettted 50.
Pretty much shows what I've spent more time doing in the last few months.
