Very hard getting my back set for the deadlifts, too much time in front of computers lately. Which is why I wanted to do deadlifts.
12 x HS butt touches - Handstand against a wall, lean further, bending at thee hips and touch my butt against the wall. Getting used to the feeling to lead up to a pike into a handstand
