Box jumps were step-ups. I can jump onto the box, but only tried a few times and wasn't game to try it when I'm tired.
I very much doubt the number from the rower really means anything, but it was something to write down.
Push press is always bad.
SDHP should have used more hip

Better than last time, but not as much as I hoped, but then my box jumps were only onto the back step then.
