My knees hurt

Walked all over the zoo yesterday, walked over the waterfront today, wanted something that didn't involve bending my knees.

An exercise in shoulder control, ie futility

10 plank to downward dog

Doesn't even deserve to be a warm-up and yet it was very challenging to maintain the external rotation I thought I could achieve. Which doesn't make it good, just frustrating.

Brendan variant

15 x abmat sit-ups

Sometime north of 20 minutes. I used my stopwatch to count the rounds or I would have completely lost track.

Very much considered making it 5 rounds going into round 3, but the sit-ups didn't get much harder so I kept going. Glad I did it.

Deadlifts and muscle snatches

5 x 100kg deadlift
10 x 15kg hang muscle snatch

Not too sure that the muscle snatches were a good idea. My left shoulder, beautifully strong and in control, right shoulder, hurting and hunched up and not locking back.
Should have stuck with the one armed presses but I wanted something different.
I think I'm going to regret this.

Back squats and TTR

AMRAP 10
10 x 30kg back squats
10 TTB (actually to the roof of the shed, so about shins to bar)

30kg doesn't feel appreciably heavy except on my right shoulder and wrist. Should be OK to up it a little I hope.
